 Kara Brewer Family Clothing & Hygiene Center

 Women & Children’s clothing and showers
 •        Monday thru Friday 7:30a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
 •        Diapers and baby formula are distributed until 3:00 p.m. for   
          children. (You must bring proof of the child)

 Men’s clothing exchange and showers
 •        Monday thru Friday 7:30a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
 •        Haircuts Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays 7:30a.m. - 11:30a.m.

 Virgil Gianelli M.D. Medical Clinic & St. Raphael’s Dental Clinic

          Our clinics serve those who are uninsured.  These are walk-in
          clinics, but tickets to receive services are distributed at 7:00a.m. -
          Monday thru Friday. Other times are available, so please call for
          more information.

 Transitional Learning Center (TLC)

          St. Mary’s Interfaith Community Services in collaboration with the  
          San Joaquin County Office of Education and California State  
          University, Stanislaus ensure children who are homeless receive a
          quality educational experience. TLC is a school for homeless
          children in kindergarten through 6th grade.

  Head Start

          Our preschool program is a national program funded by the Head  
          Start Bureau that provides comprehensive child development
          services fro children, three to five years of age.

 Additional Services

 •        Homeless Court – Held on the last Friday of every month from
         3:00p.m. to 5:00p.m.  It allows individuals to clear up old traffic
         tickets, minor criminal charges and old fines.

 •     
   Referrals – Regarding medical and dental health plans for  
          children under 18 years of age, as well as for anyone who does not
          have a social security number.

 •      
  Pre-Vocational Training – This is a three-week course designed  
          to prepare individuals that are new to or re-entering the work force.
          The course covers resume preparation, job seeking skills, self
          motivation skills, and assistance with job placement.
